Hello. I offer three types of commission art:

420 Style

Black and white drawings done while high (legal in my state). Can be drawn digitally or traditionally (only have digital examples shown below.) Drawings are guaranteed to be impaired, imperfect, silly, weird - maybe even emotional - but they produce particular results. Multiple images will be created.
BW Art

Drawings done in black and white. Will be done digitally. Couple of images will be created.
Colored Art

Bust or full body colored piece. One drawing.

Terms & Conditions

1. General
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms - I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason. All commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed. So you can use your piece for avatars, banners, post on socials, etc.

2. Payment
If you submit through the form, I will contact you to confirm your commission. For colored pieces - 50% payment upfront is required. 420 Style and BW Art will require 100% payment upfront. Prices are in USD and may vary depending on complexity - which will be discussed by email.

3. Revisions
For colored pieces only - revisions are free during sketch stage. Major changes after approval may incur an extra fee.

4. Usage Rights
You may repost the finished artwork with or without credit. Commercial use, resale, or NFTs are not permitted without an agreement. I may display the artwork in my social media/portfolio unless privacy is requested.

5. Refunds
Full refunds are available before I begin; partial refunds depend on progress. No refunds after final delivery. If I cancel, you receive a full refund.

6. Delivery
Delivery time varies depending on complexity (colored art takes longer for me to prepare) and health. I need at least a few days to a week to recover between the use of cannabis. Finished works are provided digitally unless otherwise stated. Feel free to reach out to me by email if you'd like an update or preview.
